Super-friendly staff always on hand. Friendly check-in, great and amazing location right by communal areas and Tower Bridge and many restaurants around the corner. Also, easy to get to a contemporary art gallery.

Its staff was efficient and knowledgeable. The room was immaculate and with an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment and a TV at your disposal, pleasant view. The bed was great; and there was a bathtub. The service was exceptional, including an early check-in.
